Peel police looking for 4 suspects in alleged kidnapping in Mississauga

Police are looking for four suspects investigators say wore masks to kidnap a man in Mississauga, Ont., who was later discovered beaten and tied up in a ditch.

Peel Regional Police say they responded to a call around 5:20 p.m. Thursday and located the 33-year-old man in a ditch east of Winston Churchill Boulevard near Highway 7.

The man was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police say the man’s vehicle — a grey 2010 Bentley — was also stolen, but announced Friday afternoon it had been found.

Police say the kidnapping happened in the area of Kennedy Road and Matheson Boulevard.
