Dry white wine sangria with strawberries a refreshing summer drink

From its humble roots in Spain, sangria has become a popular and refreshing summer drink. This recipe uses locally grown strawberries combined with white wine to create a Sangria Blanco, a switch from the traditional red wine. So light, pretty and refreshing.

Strawberry Sangria

1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio)

125 ml (1/2 cup) orange liqueur

30 ml (2 tbsp) granulated sugar
