WINNIPEG — Two people face charges after police raided a marijuana grow operation in Southdale on Tuesday.

Police said around 338 marijuana plants worth more than $378,000 were taken from the home on the 100 block of Driftwood Bay.

Officers also obtained 565 grams of dry marijuana, nearly $11,000 in cash and more than $8,000 in grow equipment.

A 38-year-old female and a 41-year-old male are facing drug trafficking charges, as well as possessing the proceeds of property obtained by crime.

Both were released with a promise to appear in court.
