Police have finally identified the driver of a hit and run on Dutch Village Road on Jan. 15, and say he will not be ticketed.
The man is said to have hit a 26-year-old female in an apartment parking lot and she fell to the ground. He then helped her into her nearby workplace and promised to return after parking his car, but never did. The woman was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries to her shoulder.
Police released a photo of the man on Monday, and he was identified yesterday.
Police say there wasn’t enough evidence to give the driver a ticket.
