Trial set for Saskatoon police officer charged with impaired driving

A trial date has been set for a Saskatoon police officer facing drunk-driving charges.

Constable Tara Danielson was charged following a traffic stop by RCMP in Humboldt on March 11th.

Danielson is on administrative duties pending the outcome of the case, and will then be subject to an internal investigation under the Police Act.

Her trial is set for March 18th of next year.
