Victoria “Tori” Stafford was an 8-year-old Woodstock girl who was abducted and murdered in 2009. Terri-Lynne McClintic pleaded guilty to first degree murder and sentenced to life in prison in 2010 and Michael Rafferty is on trial in London, Ontario.
