HALIFAX – Fraudster Stephen Wade Tracey has been arrested and is in police custody after Nova Scotia RCMP issued a province-wide warrant for him on January 5.
The 29-year-old was wanted on charges of fraud, forgery, break and enter and possession of stolen property. He was arrested on Almon Street in Halifax on Wednesday afternoon.

Police say Tracey has been involved in identity theft and cheque fraud. His female accomplice was arrested on December 19 in New Brunswick.
Tracey is scheduled to appear in Kentville Provincial Court on Thursday to face several charges.
