Police say a 47-year-old man from Wilmont, N.S. had gone into the woods in the Lily Lake Road area earlier that day to hunt and failed to meet his family at a pre-arranged time.

RCMP and Annapolis County Ground Search and Rescue were called in and began searching for the man. He was located around 7 a.m. Wednesday, about 500 meters off Lily Lake Road.

The man has some minor injuries, is cold and wet, but is overall in good health.
