The suspects are now between 59 and 71 years old and the alleged crimes took place between 1964 and 1976.
Crown prosecutor Christel D’Auteuil-Jobin said the allegations are extremely serious given the number of accused and the number of alleged victims.
The seven accused appeared before a youth court judge and were freed until Feb. 8 on several conditions, including not being in contact with each other.
