Everyone knows the Vancouver housing market is red hot, but the latest house to go on sale is raising some eyebrows.
It’s been listed as a charming, custom-made, fully-detached, one-bedroom cottage, located in the city’s West End.
It’s listed for $4.5 million, but it’s only one square foot.
Ari Ron listed the house on the site for some fun, but he’s received such a great response that he now wants to raise money for BC Children’s Hospital. He just needs to get it all set up.
“I want to see if I can raise some money for charity because it’s Christmas,” said Ron.
He said he has been offered $2 million in Canadian Tire Money for the house.

“I just want to raise some money, it’s not for me, but I wanted to turn this into something bigger,” added Ron.
