WINNIPEG — This year’s City Hall Christmas tree has arrived.
The 40-foot Colorado blue spruce went up Sunday morning.

It was donated by a homeowner in the Maples area.
A city crew will begin decorating the tree over the next several days with over 9,000 lights. The ceremonial lighting takes place later this month.
