The City of Kelowna sold the vessel.

Smith launched a civil lawsuit against the City for $25,000, saying he wasn’t given sufficient opportunity to remove the vessel himself.

The lawsuit has been dropped after the City made Smith a confidential offer that he accepted.

Smith hints he is happy with the deal and willingly agreed to it.
