EDMONTON – A 25-year-old man is dead after a collision in northeast Edmonton over the Thanksgiving Long Weekend.
On Saturday night, police believe a vehicle didn’t stop at a stop sign then rolled into a field on Highway 28A near Manning Drive.

STARS Air Ambulance was called to the scene. The driver and two passengers were taken to hospital.
The 26-year-old driver sustained serious, but non-life threatening injuries and remains in hospital, and a female passenger sustained non-life threatening injuries.
A male passenger died of his injuries on Monday.
Police said speed and alcohol are believed to have been factors. The Major Collision Investigation Unit is still investigating the fatal crash.
This is Edmonton’s 30th traffic fatality of the year.
