- Government offices
- Banks
- Pointe-à-Callière museum
- The Claude Robillard Sports Complex will be closed, except for the outdoor tennis courts. Information: 514 872-6900.
- Post offices

OPEN:
- Parking meters
- Collection of household waste, garden debris, food waste, recycling and bulky objects will take place according to the regular schedule, except for the bulky objects collection in Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce which is cancelled.
- Ecocentres will be open according to regular schedule. For more information, please visit the Environment section on the city’s website.
- Most retail stores
- All SAQs (Unless inside a closed mall)
- Arenas, swimming pools, sports centres, libraries (Varies by borough)
- Espace pour la vie: Botanical Garden, Biodome, Insectarium, Rio Tinto Alcan Planeterium (Click here for hours). Parking lots accessible from Sherbrooke Street will be closed for the day.
- Marche Bonsecours, Atwater Market, Jean-Talon Market, Lachine Market (Click here for hours)
