VERDUN – A 55-year-old man has died after being hit by a truck early Friday morning.
Emergency responders arrived at 7:45 a.m. at a construction site on Galt Street in Verdun.

The truck hit the man as it was reversing.
The victim was immediately transported to hospital, but died of his injuries.
The case has been transferred to the CSST.
