MONTREAL – It looks like there may be more construction ahead on the Mercier Bridge.
Municipal Affairs Minister Pierre Moreau told reporters Monday that he’s waiting for a detailed structural analysis of the Mercier Bridge before deciding whether its provincial side needs more work – and of what amplitude.
“A decision will be made to make sure that this bridge remains a very important link between the South Shore and Montreal,” he said.
