WINNIPEG – RCMP arrested a man at a popular Manitoba beach after a complaint he was taking photos of children.
Mounties were called to the Nutimik Lake Campground beach on Saturday for the call about a suspicious male.
RCMP found the man, who was under court orders to not possess a computer or any electronic device with internet access. Officers say the man had with him a smart phone and a tablet with internet capability, as well as a lap top computer.

Police say the man is already facing a charge of possession of child pornography dating to 2011. That case is still in court and the man was free with conditions.

David Thomas Pearson, 33, of Winnipeg was charged with three counts of Failing to Comply with the Conditions of an undertaking.
Nutimik is about 130 km east of Winnipeg in Whiteshell Provincial Park.
