Federal Election 2015: Barrie—Springwater—Oro-Medonte riding results

Real time live results available on Monday, October 19 2015 after polls close. Overall results will be available here.

Summary: The city of Barrie has been split in two for this election. There is no incumbent running in this new riding. Patrick Brown, who held the former riding of Barrie from 2006 to 2015 for the Conservatives, resigned his seat earlier this year after winning the leadership of the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario. Alex Nuttall, who sat on Barrie city council from 2006 to 2014, will try to keep this seat for the Conservatives, but he faces some high profile competition. The Liberal candidate is the former President of Georgian College, and the NDP candidate runs a local radio station.
