MONTREAL – The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) has arrested a suspect in relation to the 1991 murder of Lucille Morin, 69, in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.

Francis Mulrey, 50, was arrested in Laval on Tuesday for allegedly violently beating his victim with a heavy, blunt object.
He faces second-degree murder charges and is expected to appear in a Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu court Wednesday.
