Watch above: A friend of a missing Saskatoon woman has broken two months of silence. Saskatoon police are still asking for the public’s help in locating Kandice Marie Singbeil, who was last seen in May.
SASKATOON – The friend of a missing Saskatoon woman has broken two months of silence. Mistee Dukart describes the days, weeks and months since Kandice Singbeil, 32, went missing as excruciating and worrisome for everyone who knows her.
The mother of two was last seen riding her bike in Saskatoon in the 200-block of 3rd Avenue South just before 8 a.m. on May 25, 2015.
Dukart lives in Estevan, Sask. That’s where she met Singbeil five years ago through a mutual friend.

“She’s kind of the ‘fun’ girl. She always laughing and she just comes out with stuff out of left field,” said Dukart.
According to police, Singbeil leads a high-risk lifestyle. Dukart said Singbeil has a history of drug use and that may be stalling the investigation.

“I think that because of who Kandice was, a lot of her friends don’t want to speak with the police,” admitted Dukart.
That’s why she’s set up her own tip line at 1-306-500-8660. The call will go to Dukart who shares all information with family. Possible sightings of Singbeil are passed on to police. To remain completely anonymous dial *67 and calls forward directly to voicemail. Dukart said she receives a call almost daily and some days there are multiple calls to the line.
“I think people know something and they’re just not talking,” said Dukart.
The line has received calls about possible sightings in Regina, Calgary, Edmonton and Winnipeg – none have been confirmed.
“People don’t just disappear without somebody knowing something,” said Dukart.
Singbeil is five-foot four, 166 pounds with brown and blonde hair, a lip piercing and glasses.
Her bicycle is a dark-coloured ‘supercycle cruiser classic’ with whitewall tires and a faux-wood grain chain guard.
