During his court appearance on Monday, Rubletz’s lawyer explained his client has been denied legal aid, and will have to apply for the province to cover his legal fees.

Brendan Miller says his client has maintained he is innocent and will apply for bail as soon as possible.

His case was put over until July 10th, 2015.
