WATCH: Police are investigating after a 74-year-old woman was brutally beaten in a parking garage in Côte-St-Luc. Global’s Billy Shields has more.

CÔTE-SAINT-LUC – Montreal police are investigating after a 74-year-old woman was violently beaten in a parking garage at the corner of Cavendish boulevard and chemin Louis-Pasteur.

The incident happened around 12 p.m. on Tuesday.

Adelson was transported to hospital where she remains in serious but stable condition.

Police are still trying to determine what happened.
