SASKATOON – Some good news on a story Global News brought you earlier this week. A Saskatoon family of eight now has a home after being displaced when 21 rooms were closed by health inspectors at Northwoods Inn and Suites.

On Saturday, Global News learned the family found a home with the Saskatoon Housing Authority thanks to the help of several people who reached out after seeing the family in the media.

The mother, father and six children had been staying at the motel since December before their room was closed due to health concerns.
