Former Manitoba Bisons receiver signs first pro contract with Roughriders

WINNIPEG — Former Manitoba Bisons receiver Nic Demski has signed his first CFL contract with the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Demski can be seen signing his first professional contract in a video on the Roughriders official website.

The Riders selected Demski 6th overall in the recent 2015 CFL draft. The 21-year-old Oak Park grad was 5th in Canada West last season with 589 yards receiving and also had five touchdowns with the Bisons.

Rookie camps begin on Wednesday for teams across the CFL.
