At 8:15 a.m. The Morning News once again goes “Over the Top” with another Arm Wrestling demo! Local legends Wayde Graves and Trevor Sanipass are heading out to Vancouver for the Canadian National Arm Wrestling Championships this weekend but before heading off to the airport they stop by Global Halifax for a little warm up event with Paul Brothers.

And at 8:45 a.m. we get a preview of an event that has been running for 250 years! The Hants County Exhibition, North America’s oldest and longest running agricultural exhibition, is back for another year with very special guests: Nova Scotia’s own touring ambassador, DRUM! We’ll meet the organizer of this historic event and a member of DRUM! stops by to talk about what’s planned for their 4-night stint in Windsor, NS.
