TORONTO — Bruce Jenner has reportedly threatened legal action after photos were distributed last week showing him wearing a dress outside his Malibu home.
According to the New York Post, Jenner believes the photos violated his privacy and broke a California law prohibiting the use of high-powered lenses to photograph people in “personal or familial activity.”

The images, syndicated by the California-based X17 agency, were published in the New York Daily News and shown on CNN but have since been removed.
Jenner, who has publicly declared himself “a woman,” is going to enforce his right to privacy, according to lawyer Marty Singer.
“The photos were clearly unlawfully taken from a very long distance using an enhancement device,” Singer told the Post.
