EDMONTON – Edmonton police are hoping the public can help identify a man who allegedly stole a purse from a senior’s home in the Kingsway-area.

Police said on February 28, 2015 at 3:50 p.m. a man entered a long-term care facility near 104 Street and 111 Avenue.

It’s believed he walked towards the patients’ rooms, where he allegedly took a purse belonging to a resident of the facility.

The man is approximately 25 years old, 5’10”tall and around 175 lbs.

He appeared to be wearing a dark grey jacket, light grey pants, white/grey running shoes, a black hat and a green back pack with bright orange buckles.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Edmonton Police Service, or submit information anonymously to Crime Stoppers.
