Holiday shoppers from the South Okanagan have more options for getting to Kelowna during the month of December.
BC Transit and the Town of Osoyoos have added an additional run to the Central Okanagan.
Every Friday in December, a bus will leave from Osoyoos in the morning, stopping in Oliver, OK Falls and Penticton en route to Kelowna’s Orchard Park Shopping Centre on Harvey Avenue.
The Friday service is in addition to the Monday service between Osoyoos and Kelowna, but does not include the extra stop at the Kelowna International Airport. The one way fare is $10, with reduced rates in between.
The bus will leave in the afternoon from the mall and make the same stops en route to Osoyoos.
