Teen arrested, charged with exposing himself on board GO Train

TORONTO – A 17-year-old has been arrested after allegedly exposing himself on board a GO Train last week.

Durham Regional Police say the teen, who can’t be named due to the Youth Criminal Justice Act, opened a train door for a woman who got on at Whitby Station at approximately 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 5.

Police say the teen followed the woman between two cars and then sat directly behind her.

When the train got close to Ajax Station, police say, the man stood up and exposed himself to the woman. She screamed, police said, causing him to flee.

The teen has been charged with committing an indecent act.
