REGINA – Police are investigating four related stabbings that happened Friday night.
All of the victims, who are known to each other, suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Police believe the stabbings happened at a home in the 3100 block of 6th Avenue; however the victims were found in different parts of the city.
The first call came in at 10:05 p.m. The caller said a group of people were fighting and that two were stabbed at the 6th avenue home. A man, 24, was sent to hospital by EMS with a minor stab wound.
A call about a man suffering an injury at 7th Avenue and Garnet Street was made at 10:12 p.m. When they arrived, officers found a man, 20, with several stab wounds. He was sent to hospital.
Another call for an injured man was made at 10:14 p.m. Police were sent to a home on the 2900 block of 14th Avenue. A 24-year-old man with several stab wounds was sent to hospital.
The last call of the four reported related stabbings came in at 10:33 p.m. for another injured man. He was sent to hospital with a minor stab wound.
Police are asking anyone with information that could help with the investigation to call them or Crime Stoppers.
