VANCOUVER – Twenty-seven-year-old Andrew Radhuber has not been seen since Dec. 29, 2014. Now police say they have spoken to a witness who saw him climbing a fence at the ferry terminal that day.
Radhuber was dropped off at the BC Ferry terminal in Horseshoe Bay on Dec. 29, with plans to board the 3 p.m. ferry. A witness told police they saw him leave the terminal area and climb a fence, scrambling up an embankment that leads to the CN Rail tracks.
Police are concerned Radhuber went into a wooded area and got confused or lost.
We are asking people to think back to that time period and recall if they observed anyone in the woods or on a trail who may have noticed someone acting strangely
, said Cpl. Sue Tupper of the North Vancouver RCMP missing person unit.
Radhuber is described as a 27 year-old Caucasian male, 6’3″ (190cm) tall, 181lbs (82 kgs), with shoulder length brown hair, brown eyes, wire-rimmed glasses, a black Dakota jacket, black t-shirt, blue jeans, and black/white/blue Nike high-top runners.
