Prosecutors and Hernandez’s lawyers on Tuesday are expected to take up their remaining issues before jury selection begins Friday in Bristol County Superior Court.
Hernandez is charged with murder in the killing of semi-pro football player Odin Lloyd in 2013.
He also is charged with killing two men in Boston in 2012. Hernandez has pleaded not guilty in both cases.
Hernandez has asked the judge to allow his mother and fiancee, Shayanna Jenkins, to attend the trial even though they are listed as witnesses and would not normally be allowed.
Jenkins has been charged with perjury in the case and has pleaded not guilty.
