Gaglardi and his company, Northland Properties, were convicted in August of two counts of “harmful alteration of a fish habitat”, which was along the shore of Kamloops Lake.

The renovations were done in 2010, without permits, to the five-bedroom home. A boat launch was also constructed, along with a parking lot and extensive landscaping.
