The Manitoba Restaurant and Foodservices Association says many restaurant owners are worried about losing the profit they make from selling wine.
Group spokesman Scott Jocelyn says he expects most restaurants will wait to see whether there is a big customer demand.
Restaurants are being allowed to charge corkage fees, but Jocelyn says there’s no word yet on how much that may be.
