Posera-HDXsells its Dexit RFID business for $2 million

TORONTO – Posera – HDX Limited, a Toronto company which develops point of sale technology used in restaurants, says it has sold its wholly owned subsidiary Dexit Inc. for $2 million to an undisclosed buyer.

The subsidiary owns the Dexit legacy radio frequency identification device business.

Posera – HDX develops and deploys touch screen POS system software and associated technology

The company employs 130 people in offices in Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia.

Earlier, this month the company completed a corporate reorganization which spun out the Dexit radio frequency assets.
