Jordan Witzel: Eat More Bars
- 1 cup Unsalted Peanuts
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Corn Syrup
- 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 2-½ cups Rice Krispies
Grease an 8 x 8 pan. Chop peanuts.
In a medium to large saucepan over medium heat, stir the peanut butter, corn syrup, and chocolate chips until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and mix in the chopped peanuts and Rice Krispies. Press into pan and refrigerate.
