CALGARY – Investigators are trying to determine what caused a fire inside a Monterey Park home on Monday.
The Calgary Fire Department was called to the 100 block of San Fernando Place N.E. around 6 p.m.

Crew located a small fire inside the home, which they were able to quickly extinguish.
After the flames were doused, firefighters discovered one man dead in the house.
Police say they don’t yet know the man’s cause of death.
