Neil Snelson is accused in the strangulation death of 19-year-old Jennifer Cusworth, whose body was found with a belt close by after a house party in October 1993.

Snelson has said he ran into another woman at that party and returned a belt that was left in his truck after the two had sex two weeks earlier.

But the woman told B.C. Supreme Court she didn’t have sex with Snelson during that time because she was working in New Westminster.

Although she was at the party, she says she never left a belt with Snelson and never had a belt returned to her.
