VANCOUVER – The Vancouver Police have located a man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
Twenty-one-year-old Julian Halfe was on statutory release serving a federal sentence for robbery and assault. He left his halfway house on Sept. 25, which is contrary to the conditions of his release.
He was back in police custody on Sept. 27.

Police say Halfe has been deemed high risk re-offend violently and anyone who saw him was asked not to approach him and call 9-1-1 immediately.
