Cologne says Cusworth was uncharacteristically “touchy feely” towards her during the party and that’s why she knew the woman was drunk.

She testified Cusworth was to join her at her home after the party but didn’t show up.

Her body was found in a ditch the next day, and court has heard she had been beaten and strangled.

Snelson had attended the party and is charged with first-degree murder. (CKFR)
