CALGARY- A investigation has been launched, following the discovery of a girl’s body near Sundre.
Her body was found in a vehicle on a rural road near the southern Alberta town on Tuesday afternoon.

An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon in Calgary, to determine the cause of death and if it’s suspicious.
So far no information about the girl’s identity or her age has been released, but RCMP say one woman has been taken into custody in connection with the case.
More information is expected once the autopsy has been completed.
