Police have recovered the body of a Regina man who failed in a bid to swim across the city’s Wascana Lake on the weekend.
The 47-year-old man was located yesterday afternoon after several hours of searching.

Police say they got a call from a man Saturday afternoon who said his friend had jumped into the water to cool off and was going to make it to the other side.
The name of the drowning victim has not been released.
