MONTREAL — The fight between the Quebec government and its municipal workers over Bill 3, which unilaterally changes city workers’ pensions, is getting creative.

Firefighters, transit workers and police officers have been posting photos of how they have been protesting on a public Facebook page called L’Union des Casques Noirs.
