WINNIPEG – A 25-year-old from Norway House Cree Nation has been charged with sexually assaulting an eight-year-old girl in the northern Manitoba community in August 2012.

Allan Apetagon Jr. is charged with sexual assault, sexual interference and forcible confinement of the girl while she was in Norway House, RCMP said.
He is being held in custody in Thompson, Man.
