Police have confirmed 30 year old Red Scorpion gang member Jonathan Bacon was the man shot and killed outside the Delta Grand Hotel in Kelowna Sunday.
RCMP addressed media this afternoon with an update.
They said there were four other people in the vehicle Bacon was in and one person from the car fled the scene and has not yet been located.

Three other people, two of which were female, in the car sustained non-life threatening injuries and are expected to recover.
The injured male removed from the car is a known full patch Hell’s Angel from the Lower Mainland.
They said no bystanders were injured in the brazen daylight shootout.
The burnt out SUV located Sunday night in Lake Country is part of the investigation, however, police said they don’t know if it is related or not.
No arrests have been made yet but investigators said the shooting is linked to organized crime.
