WINNIPEG – A 64-year-old man died on Canada Day when the off-road vehicle he was driving rolled on a path near Treherne, Man., RCMP say.
The man was riding along a path on the west side of Road 59 W. in the rural municipality of Victoria when his vehicle rolled and landed on him, police said in a news release.

Police do not think alcohol and speed were factors in the crash.
The man wasn’t wearing a helmet.
Police, who aren’t releasing his name, continue to investigate.
