TORONTO – Italian striker Mario Balotelli has a cheeky proposal for England; a win against Costa Rica in exchange for a kiss from the Queen.

Balotelli tweeted the offer Thursday as England’s fate at the World Cup now lies in Italy’s hands after the English squad lost 2-1 to Uruguay.

Italy will face off against Costa Rica on Friday, where a victory will put them on the verge of qualifying for the round of 16 but will give England a chance to join them as the Group D runner-up.
