SASKATOON – The search for a missing man continues along the South Saskatchewan River south of Saskatoon.
Michael O’Keefe, 80, was reported missing Wednesday from his residence in the 300-block of Pinehouse Drive.
Warman RCMP have confirmed O’Keefe was last seen near the Berry Barn on Valley Road around 3 p.m. on Wednesday after being driven there by a taxi.

He was also spotted that day in the area by witnesses.
Personal effects found near the river bank on Thursday have been identified as belonging to O’Keefe.
Ground and air searches will continue on Friday for the missing man with the area along the shoreline and adjacent lands of particular concern.
Mounties are asking residents in the area between the Berry Barn and Saskatoon to report any possible sightings.
O’Keefe is 5’8” tall, 190 pounds with a medium build. He is balding with grey hair in a comb-over, blue eyes and clean shaven. He was last seen wearing a red plaid “old fashioned” Scottish style hat.
He is in good physical health but does suffer from memory issues.
