Seatbelt not in use when Edmonton trucker killed on Manitoba highway: RCMP

SHOAL LAKE, Man. – A man from Edmonton is dead after a semi hauling a crane went off a highway in western Manitoba.

RCMP say the truck was heading east on Highway 16 Wednesday afternoon when it left the road and tipped on its side, about 25 kilometres west of Shoal Lake.
