HUMBOLDT, Sask. – A Muenster, Saskatchewan man is dead after a tractor crash Wednesday on a grid road in the province.
Around 9:20 a.m., RCMP received a 911 call from a passing motorist who came across a single vehicle crash around 16 kilometres south of Humboldt, Sask.
A 19-year-old man was travelling west in a tractor when the front bucket on the front end loader made contact with the road.
He was ejected through the side cab door.
When emergency services arrived the victim was pronounced dead. His name is not being released at this time.
RCMP have turned the investigation over to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
Humboldt is approximately 105 kilometres east of Saskatoon.
